REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be given without prior approval. Absolutely no refunds on magazines, books, patterns or wigs. No refund on shipping & handling charges. $2.00 re-stocking fee on merchandise $10.00 or under. On merchandise purchases over $10.00 there will be a re-stocking fee of 10%.
